About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Strategy and Growth team in delivering IT solutions that drive business value. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Engage with global business leaders and leverage IT teams to determine requirements and deliver IT solutions that improve efficiency and generate value.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to meet desired business objectives.
  • Establish project governance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with Data privacy, Security, and Compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with user communities to identify high-priority subject areas and develop project rationale.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Pharma or IT industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).
  • Superior leadership, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., ICE, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
