**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Strategy and Growth team in delivering IT solutions that drive business value. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to meet desired business objectives.
- Engage with global business leaders and leverage IT teams and functions to determine requirements and deliver IT solutions.
- Establish project plans, initiate project mobilization, and confirm project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
- Ensure the effective use of project management methods and tools, depending on the project type (e.g., Agile).
- Direct project team outputs, ensuring overall project success and effective resource utilization.
- Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, manage risks, and issues.
- Ensure project adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance policies and procedures.
- Engage with user communities to identify high-priority subject areas, develop project rationale, and perform scoping assessments.
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Pharma or IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).
- Knowledge of/exposure to Drug Research, Development, or Commercialization portfolios.
- Superior leadership, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management.
- Superior project and program management skills, including knowledge of various methodologies (e.g., ICE, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural, and matrix environment.
