Job Description

At Zurich Insurance, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for leading strategic projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in project management to lead cross-functional teams and drive project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a business analyst or consulting role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
