Healthcare Businesswomen's Association is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Strategy and Innovation team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving technology roadmaps and guiding business planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations.
- Engage with global business leaders and leverage IT teams to determine requirements and deliver solutions to improve efficiency and generate value.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget, meeting desired business objectives.
- Establish project plans, initiate mobilization, and confirm project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
- Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools, depending on project type (e.g., Agile).
- Direct project team outputs, ensuring overall project success and effective resource utilization.
- Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, manage risks and issues, and ensure adherence to Data privacy, Security, and Compliance policies and procedures.
- Have in-depth understanding of validation procedures in a regulated environment.
- Engage with user communities to identify high-priority subject areas, develop project rationale, and perform scoping assessments to determine project feasibility.
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Pharma or IT Industry.
- Ability to understand and communicate with various stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language).
- Knowledge of/exposure to Drug Research, Development, or Commercialization portfolios is an advantage.
- Superior leadership, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management.
