Arbetsuppgifter
  • Hantera IT-enheter (mobiltelefoner) hos kunden för lagring och logistik.
  • Ansvara för utlämning och återlämning av IT-enheter till slutanvändare.
  • Ge teknisk support och hjälpa slutanvändare med installation av nya och återlämnade enheter.
  • Utföra enklare administrationsuppgifter kopplade till projektet.
Kvalifikationer och erfarenheter
  • Minimum gymnasieutbildning, meriterande med utbildning inom IT.
  • Erfarenhet av att ge teknisk support, gärna inom en helpdesk/supportcenter eller annan erfarenhet av serviceyrke.
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska, både muntligt och skriftligt.
  • B-körkort.
Personliga egenskaper

Vi söker en medarbetare som är serviceinriktad, engagerad och har en förmåga att snabbt analysera och förstå situationer samt identifiera möjliga lösningar på problem som uppstår. Du bör också vara kommunikativ och pedagogisk, med förmåga att tydligt förklara och guida användare på ett enkelt och lättförståeligt sätt.

Anställningsform: Heltid
Arbetstid: Måndag till fredag, 08:00-17:00
Arbetsplats: Stockholm
Lön: Timlön enligt överenskommelse
Tillträde: Start i november
