Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying new versions, hotfixes, and new products on our test, pre, and pro infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy new versions, hotfixes, and new products on our test, pre, and pro infrastructure
  • Provide user and workstation support and setup of computers in PC and MAC environments
  • Investigate, diagnose, and efficiently resolve technical issues, providing effective and clear solutions
  • Control and maintenance of documentation and assets for the user's scope
  • Manage Active Directory users, groups, and devices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement process by providing insights gained from customer support interactions

Requirements:

  • Certificate of Higher Education (HNC) studies
  • Experience in Windows Desktop advanced administration
  • Networking knowledge
  • Windows Server Active Directory Operations
  • Microsoft 365 operation and management
  • Linux and Mac Os knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
