Job Title: EMEA Lead ICS/OT Security Engineer

Axalta is a leading coatings company that has remained at the forefront of the industry by investing in innovative solutions. We engineer technologies that protect our customers' products from various threats and add dimension and beauty with colorful finishes.

We are currently seeking an EMEA Lead ICS/OT Security Engineer to join our Manufacturing Strategy Automation team. This role involves supporting and maintaining the security of our Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) across EMEA, in collaboration with multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Infrastructure Maintenance:
    • Maintain system design documentation and asset inventories of the site ICS/OT environment, including the OT DMZ and Process Control Networks.
    • Support virtual environments, software installations, and compliance.
    • Coordinate backup and recovery processes.
  2. System Management:
    • Maintain and troubleshoot Endpoint & Anti-Virus solutions within the OT/ICS environments.
    • Assist with application patching and upgrades.
    • Maintain network devices and interfaces between local and enterprise historians.
  3. Project Management and Communication:
    • Participate in OT/ICS projects and collaborate with capital projects, researchers, and management.
    • Communicate effectively with end users, support teams, and management.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years in IT and Operational Technology systems administration and maintenance.
  2. Ideally, a 4-year degree in a STEM field.
  3. Experience with Industrial Control Systems in Manufacturing and knowledge of ICS Operational Technology Components.
  4. Examples of General network Training and/or Certification.
  5. Examples of ICS/OT Training and/or Certifications.
  6. Experience using and maintaining Process Data Historian (AspenTech IP21).
  7. Experience with computer network structures and Industrial network design.
  8. Experience with industrial protocols.
  9. Willingness to travel regionally (25%).

  1. Experience leading, coordinating, or managing projects.
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. Communication skills: ability to communicate with users and medium & top management.
  4. Analysis, organization, and critical thinking.
