Senior Manager, OT Cyber Security Operations Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Operations team. As a key member of our Digital Transformation and Productivity department, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent deployment of OT cyber security policies, standards, processes, and tools across our territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of OT security policy, standards, and procedures for systems implementation in collaboration with our Business Process Technology (BPT) security team.
- Develop the OT cybersecurity strategy in alignment with our Global security policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our local operations teams, training, coaching, and running management routines to monitor progress, identify gaps, and set corrective action plans.
- Develop, manage, and support the Vulnerability Process for OT.
- Maintain a Risk Matrix for OT Implementation, including opportunities and challenges, and support the Central Enterprise Risk Management department.
- Provide cyber security guidance and support to all stakeholders internally and externally to develop, address, and resolve technical issues and non-compliances to standards.
- Support the development of a comprehensive awareness and training strategy for OT cybersecurity.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree.
- 5-7 years of experience working within a manufacturing organization.
- 3-5 years of experience managing and implementing operational technology systems and a strong understanding of OT cyber security.
- Self-motivated and driven to hit targets and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize under strict deadlines.
- Strong developed people skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop others.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, with another European language being valuable.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-50%.
