A Day in the Life

This role is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week. As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving delivery performance issues that could negatively impact our customers. You will work collaboratively with other teams to manage challenges and ensure timely delivery of Amazon packages to millions of customers worldwide.

Requirements

  1. Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Relevant experience analyzing data and creating reports for leadership.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and Spanish (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
Education and Experience
  • A degree and relevant experience in a logistical working environment or managing vehicle registrations.
