Job Summary

At ICON, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our COA Licensing Services team in Europe. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a client-facing team and collaborating with internal teams of scientific experts to deliver high-quality COA licensing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign daily client requests based on initial needs and identify necessary resources.
  • Ensure team meets internal and external clients' satisfaction by offering appropriate solutions and deliverables.
  • Support assigned team for operational aspects of COA licensing activities, including legal documents review and approvals.
  • Attend and lead team meetings to implement efficient processes and review performance metrics.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients' escalations and issue resolution.
  • Develop and mentor team members through training and coaching.
  • Monitor and ensure team provides a high standard level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with other regional team leads and managers to support management of a portfolio of active clients.
  • Implement continuous improvement activities for assigned COA licensing processes and projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including ability to communicate clearly with clients and resolve customer issues or complaints.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client services/account management.
  • Experience in the domain of medical translation and/or clinical research is a must.
  • Process-driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills.
