Join Board Deutschland as a Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Team Lead to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in guiding a team of developers to build and enhance our enterprise performance management SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment. Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and promote best practices.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Manage and prioritize the team's workload to ensure timely and efficient delivery of software features and updates.
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using.NET, Typescript, and Python. Implement cloud-native development practices including 12-factor app principles, API-led design, microservices, and containerization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into development practices where applicable.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-native applications.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure,.NET, Typescript, and Python.
