- Project Management: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Manage and prioritize the team's workload to ensure timely and efficient delivery of software features and updates. Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to promote agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using.NET, Typescript, and Python. Implement cloud-native development practices including 12-factor app principles, API-led design, microservices, and containerization. Leverage Microsoft Azure for cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and product quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into development practices where applicable. Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-native applications.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure,.NET, Typescript, and Python.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience in agile project management.
- Familiarity with cloud-native concepts such as 12-factor apps, API-led design, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
