Art Producer Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Art Producer to join our growing Art Production team at FitXR. As an Art Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the art production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Art Team Schedule: Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Director, and 3D Lead to scope and schedule art tasks, ensuring successful on-time release of content.
  • Maintain the Art Team Budget: Work closely with the Head of Production to establish and maintain the art team budget.
  • Lead the Art Team: Manage a growing team of artists, allocating staff resources and freelance resources efficiently.
  • Communicate Effectively: Facilitate constant communication with the art production team, Head of Production, and cross-department production teams, providing transparency on asset status, feedback, and approvals.
  • Proactively Identify and Resolve Issues: Strong ability to identify problems and propose solutions, ensuring the art team's success and the project's high-level needs are met.
