About the Role:
We are seeking an IT Operations Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of a Data Science platform, ensuring compliance, quality, and security in all operational aspects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing licenses/vendor relations, operational budget management, and ensuring the availability, performance of the data science platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage operational demands/enhancement requests of the Data Science platform
- Work with SaaS vendors/cloud providers to ensure availability and performance
- Conduct service review meetings with business/vendors and ensure SLA/KPI adherence
- License management, budget management, contract management
- Audit readiness and support for internal and external audits
- Manage quality events, risks, deviations, and periodic reviews
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Pharma or IT Industry
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in the Pharma domain
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in a service operations role
- Understanding of managing/supporting Data Science platforms
