Information Security Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Manager to join our team at Allianz. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the effective implementation and maintenance of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) across Allianz Technology.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the implementation of ISMS activities, risk identification, and assessment to ensure the security of our services and data.
- Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation and remediation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of information security controls and measures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on information security best practices and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Higher education degree in IT or a related field.
- Proven experience in information security, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of information security frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, COBIT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
