Key Responsibilities
- Build and Evolve the Information Security Discipline
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Information Security strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security into all aspects of the business.
- Provide Input and Critical Thinking for the Construction of the Information Security Roadmap

- Manage and execute security projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

- Apply Risk Management Practices to the Business

- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement risk management plans.
- Translate IS Requirements into Security Policies at Technical Level
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT functions to ensure the integration of security into technical systems.
- Provide Technical Assurance to Risk Assessment and Risk Monitoring Activities
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of risk assessments.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of risk management plans.
- Support to Low-Complexity Security Operations
- Manage and execute security operations, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaborate with IT functions and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Personnel Awareness Actions
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on security best practices.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure the effective implementation of security awareness programs.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Specific Knowledge
- Technology savvy (IT infrastructure & Security components).
- Cybersecurity.
- Business analysis.
- Security standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF).
