Responsibilities- Design and deliver vendor solutions that meet customer requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and meet predefined service level agreements
- Utilize internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bills of materials and support resellers and sales teams
- Own and resolve assigned Request Manager resolver groups
- Respond promptly to customer queries and care issues
- Communicate product and technology information to internal and external audiences
- Handle product and solution enquiries from sales and resellers
- Work with sales teams to profile repeatable solutions for stock and inventory planning
- Understand and apply vendor promotions
- Maintain peer-level technical contacts with assigned vendors
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge in product or technology groups and achieve vendor-related accreditations
- Support the Business Solution Centre to improve sales activity and partner utilization rates
- Deliver basic post-sales implementation services
- Develop product knowledge to a competent technical level in line with vendor and business expectations
- Certification across single or multiple vendors
- Professional delivery of customer presentations
- Strong commercial awareness
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, priority management, and planning skills
- Good business skills and ability to run professional meetings and business engagements
- Desirable: IT industry knowledge, channel, vendors, competition, and end-user
