Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
- Order Taking and Delivery: Ensure that all food and beverage orders are taken accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner, meeting the company's standards for quality and service.
- Table Setup and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and completeness of table settings, adhering to the company's standards for presentation and quality.
- Adherence to Company Code of Conduct: Uphold the company's code of conduct and values, demonstrating respect and professionalism in all interactions with colleagues and customers.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating effectively to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties and functions as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a casual dining or quick service restaurant environment.
- Personality: A pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Education: At least a college-level education.
- Availability: Willingness to work at Estancia Mall (Capitol Commons) and flexibility to work ASAP.
