Job Description:

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled French and Flemish Language Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and driving business growth through joint planning and partnership development.

Responsibilities:
• Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking key metrics
• Develop and execute partner marketing plans to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure loyalty and retention

Requirements:
• Native or proficient in French and Flemish
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proven sales experience in a channel environment
• Ability to work towards goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time prioritization
• Innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with partners and distributors
