Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

Ekkiden is a leading international consulting group founded in 2019, dedicated to fostering a collaborative ecosystem of passionate and committed consultants. Our team leads organizational, operational, and technological transformation projects in IT/Digital, Industry/R&D, and Sustainability for large enterprises and SMEs in France, Switzerland, Spain, and Germany.

Responsibilities:Product Design and Development
  • Develop and validate product designs according to HSE requirements.
  • Participate in upstream project phases, including expertise and acquisition phases.
Customer Needs Analysis and Specification
  • Analyze customer needs and define product specifications.
  • Ensure product design meets customer specifications and GD&T requirements.
Project Management
  • Define project scope, including extended team and development budget.
  • Establish project planning and manage project reviews.
  • Track perimeter changes and report to the PM.
Budget Management
  • Ensure product PRU commitment for design relevant criteria.
  • Determine project provisional budget and allocate resources.
Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in capitalization and productivity actions.
  • Contribute to investment optimization through part design.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with experience or a Master's degree and strong knowledge of product design and development, project management, and budget management.
