Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our team in the French, Italian or German market. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for serving both inbound and outbound customers with French or German or Italian, and selling holiday packages.

  • Serve both inbound and outbound customers with French or German or Italian
  • Sell holiday packages

Qualifications

Essential

  • Native French, Italian or German
  • Fluent level of Spanish
  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
  • Proactive team player
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver
  • Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communicator internal / external
  • Work with commercial targets
  • Excellent computer use

  • Previous experience in the travel context or sales
