Flemish Telesales Representative

About the RoleAs a Flemish Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and selling insurance products to consumers. You will work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound calls with repair requests for appliances
- Provide strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets
- Responsible for Customer Service and claim handling of our services
- Answering inbound calls in the language and offering insurance to consumers
- Registering appliances for consumers who have purchased a new appliance
- Capturing all the details and confirming the registration
- Explaining the legal warranty and offering additional insurance
- Providing insightful feedback on processes and best practices
- Registration of client's appliances, details, and information
- Offering new or extended insurance to the clients
- Compliance behavior
- Fluent in language and English (Spanish is a plus)
- Able to effectively communicate with customers
- At least 12 months of sales experience
- Competent in the use of Microsoft packages
- Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic, and highly communicative
- Easy adaptability to different partners
