About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of the company, being the first point of contact with potential clients.
  • Prospect potential leads through various channels, aiming to identify decision makers.
  • Nurture relationships with high potential leads and identify their pain points to offer the right solutions.
  • Build and manage the database of prospect companies, updating contacts information in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and/or telesales.
  • Strong cold calling skills and good tolerance for a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive, personable, hard-worker, and easily adaptable.
  • Advanced level of English is a big plus, and native or advanced level of German is mandatory.
