About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Implementation Specialist to join our team at SD Worx. As an HR Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our software projects at customers regarding time registration and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand customer needs and translate them into the best possible solution within our software.
  • Work with a variety of clients, mainly Protime customers in the Netherlands, to ensure the best customer journey.
  • Provide configuration, trainings, workshops, advice, and support to help clients get the most out of our software.
  • Travel may be required to work with international customers.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical mindset and logical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with knowledge of other languages an asset.
  • A passion for customer experience and a strong ability to balance customer needs and business priorities.
