Sales Specialist UPS Role OverviewThis position plays a vital role within the Electrification Business Area in Spain, driving sales volumes and margins. As a UPS Sales and Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers regarding delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, aligning with ABB's offering and strategy.
- Work with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities with the wider sales team.
- Determine effective solutions for customers based on your knowledge of their needs and ABB's solutions.
- Monitor customer and market trends with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
- Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in UPS products sales.
- A sound knowledge of UPS-Uninterruptible Power Supply and the electrical sector market.
- Knowledge of electricity, sales management, and CRM tools.
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- An electrical technical background; an engineering degree is valuable.
- Fluent Spanish and medium-high English language proficiency.
- A valid driving license in Spain.
