Job Summary

The Commercial Administrator will provide administrative support to the Commercial team at Primark, focusing on reporting, general administration, and commercial aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Country Commercial Manager in all aspects of reporting and general administration.
  • Assist in compiling reports on competition within the region.
  • Liaise with Store, B&M team, and Depot on stock issues across all departments.
  • Support the Core lines process in the region.
  • Create and update communications for Retail Communication Application with the region.
  • Compile and update Weekly and Period Trade Reports.
  • Facilitate NLP checks and work with collections and returns from Stores and B&M team.
  • Support Commercial Manager with stock allocation within the region.
  • Administer paperwork.

Requirements

  • Experience with business software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
  • Intermediate level of English.
