About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at SITA Switzerland Sarl. As a key member of our network team, you will be responsible for tracking operating plans, following up on budgets against targets, and driving reporting and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating Plan and Performance Tracking: Collaborate with team members to track performance and operating plan progress.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate business performance.
  • Budget Tracking: Coordinate budget preparation activities for the team and track expenses against the budget.
  • Data Repository Management: Organize and manage document repositories for the team.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in business operations or administration and/or corporate line functions.
  • Bachelor's degree level or equivalent in a business or technical discipline.
  • Ability to adapt to a diverse and global environment and work with a dispersed team.
  • Ability to plan and monitor internal projects to ensure team delivery on time.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail, organized, and structured.
