Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the overall financial processes across the Operation Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Operations Management: Supervise and develop all finance activities of the Operation Area, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Business Advisory and Analytics: Provide business advisory services and analytics to support business decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Asset Management: Manage and optimize asset utilization and performance to drive business efficiency and profitability.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business continuity and stability.
  • Leadership and Development: Nurture talent within the organization by providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to individuals to enable achievement of their defined goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing financial operations in a construction/engineering organization.
  • Skills: Solid experience in ERP systems, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to develop communication strategies, resolve conflicts, and manage divergent audience perspectives.
