Business Control Analyst

The LACROIX Group is seeking a Business Control Analyst for its City Road Signs division in NORTE. This role is essential for enhancing current profitability assessment tools, particularly the ERP costing module, in collaboration with the Business Unit Road Signs Controller based in France, to elevate the overall performance of the Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Partner to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development of the BU Road Signs in NORTE, with support from the BU Road Signs Controller in France, and under the guidance of the Head of Controlling at LACROIX City.
The Business Control Analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive financial analyses to Top Management and all organizational units to effectively manage BU performance, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Your main tasks will include:
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with accounting closures according to deadlines and group reporting standards.
- Developing reporting tools for the general management of the entity and LACROIX City management.
- Creating business dashboards and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Establishing and monitoring a budget process at the branch level, supplemented by a monthly forecasting process.
- Tracking the profitability of commercial offers or projects.
- Assisting in enhancing Unit Cost analysis of production.
- Contributing to the full implementation of the costing model within SAP.
Qualifications:
A degree in Economics or a related field is required.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in relevant tasks is preferred.
Proficiency in Spanish, English, and French is essential.
