Business Development and Supply Chain Management Role
Sibelco is a global material solutions company that mines, processes, and sells industrial minerals at locations worldwide. We are focused primarily on silica, clays, feldspathics, and olivine.
We are also leaders in glass recycling. The Sibelco Group operates over 110 production sites in 31 countries, with a team of over 5,000 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and manage change requests.
- Manage the key user community to ensure they remain the first line of contact for business transformation programs.
- Execute IT projects according to the Sibelco project management methodology.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Practical understanding of the industrial minerals industry.
- Expertise in current technology advancements and IT capabilities.
- A self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
- Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish.
