Job Summary

The Solution Analyst will translate business requirements and/or requests for changes into detailed function specifications to ensure the smooth functioning of Sibelco's systems and processes. This role will work under the close supervision of senior colleagues and will be based in the office two to three days a week as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in determining if business requirements should be automated and how these functions are integrated into the rest of the business and IT processes.

• Analyse simple business requirements, processes, and IT systems and have a basic understanding of enterprise architecture.

• Contribute to project definition, initial cost assessment of projects, and the integration of various project suppliers and vendors.

• Provide Level 3 support for solutions in run mode.

• Manage supplier relationships and contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent by experience.

• Knowledge of Sibelco's systems and processes, including ERP (SAP), HR solution (Workday), CRM (Salesforce), Production reporting tool (MES), Planning tool (OMP+), Financial consolidation (Tagetik), and BI (PowerBI, Azure BI).

• Expertise in current technology advancements and IT capabilities.

• Expertise in IT agile/waterfall project execution.

• A self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, analytical, and able to work independently.
