Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the effective use of Salesforce technology.

1. Software Development: Develop software solutions that meet the needs of our clients, based on functional and technical design specifications.
2. Quality Assurance: Perform and assist with quality assurance activities to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards of quality.
3. Technical Support: Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures for our software solutions.
4. Code Review: Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and/or anomalies.

1. Experience in Salesforce Development: At least 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce technology and its applications.
2. Complex Solution Development: Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
3. Lightning Component Development: Experience in developing lightning components, with a strong understanding of Salesforce's Lightning platform.
4. Development Technologies: Strong knowledge of development technologies, including APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, and web services.
5. Agile and Waterfall Delivery: Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
6. Self-Management: Ability to work in a self-managing way, with a strong focus on accountability and results.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration.
8. International Experience: Experience working in an international and intercultural environment, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
9. Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must, with any other Salesforce certification being a plus.
