We are seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team at Automat-it, an all-in AWS Premier partner that empowers startups with DevOps and FinOps expertise and hands-on services. Our goal is to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates for Automat-it positions across EMEA.

You will collaborate closely with Senior Recruiters, various departments, and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in a global tech company and 1+ year of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray search, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, blogs, networking, events, etc.
  • Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS (Comeet) daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to date.
  • Support the hiring process of assigned roles and work closely with other recruiters in the team to help with generating candidates in the pipeline.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals.
  • Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media platforms.
