The Job

As an English Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating a database of customers with complete information.
  • Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones.
  • Recording outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
  • Ensuring customer follow-up at all times.
  • Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies for our own products or services.
  • Handling customer needs and requirements.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A native level of English.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently but within a team environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
  • Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.

Benefits

We offer a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with a Hybrid working model in Barcelona. The salary is €22,525 gross per year, plus up to €3,975 gross per year in bonus. Additionally, we have a Referral Program: bring a friend and receive a referral fee (up to €2,000).
