The Job
As an English Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating a database of customers with complete information.
- Consolidating existing customer bases while building new ones.
- Recording outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensuring customer follow-up at all times.
- Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies for our own products or services.
- Handling customer needs and requirements.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of English.
- Previous sales experience.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Strong written and oral business communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently but within a team environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
- Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.
Benefits
We offer a full-time position from Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, with a Hybrid working model in Barcelona. The salary is €22,525 gross per year, plus up to €3,975 gross per year in bonus. Additionally, we have a Referral Program: bring a friend and receive a referral fee (up to €2,000).
