Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Executive to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, building and managing a pipeline of software license opportunities, and driving sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and opportunities through strategic prospecting and digital selling methodologies.
  • Plan prospecting strategy in alignment with the sales team and partners.
  • Drive proactive outbound activities and engage with C-Level executives through multi-channel touch points.
  • Meet ambitious sales and demand generation targets.
  • Support the team on strategic projects and business activities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or sales experience working in a software sales organization.
  • Experience in the Italian market.
  • Graduated with a university degree in business administration, IT, or digital transformation.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Interest in new technologies and understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry.
