About the Role

The Commercial Asset Manager (CoAM) is a key position within Sonnedix, responsible for achieving business objectives by balancing risk, cost, and performance. This role involves managing commercial relationships with renewable energy stakeholders across local and global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage solar plants and liaise with asset management team members and other departments to ensure accountability for revenue, EBITDA, eBIT, dSCAD, and dTSR.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team to analyze and mitigate project risks, ensuring competitiveness through adherence to Sonnedix Standards.
  • Understand and manage photovoltaic plant operations, including permits and agreements for operational excellence.
Desirable Skills
  • Economist or Business Administration qualification is preferred, or an Engineering degree complemented by financial/commercial training.
  • Confident communication with external parties, including outsourced companies, subcontractors, insurance companies, and technical advisers.
  • Excellent relationship builder with an open and honest style, good communication skills, and a systematic, structured, and rational approach.
  • Self-starter who thrives on challenges.
