Job Summary

We are seeking a technically oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a background in electronics to support quality aspects for our Barcelona site. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management systems, electronics manufacturing, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management System (QMS) Support: Assist in maintaining and updating QMS documentation, including quality procedures and standards.
  • Non-Conforming Material Management: Act as quality representative in material review boards, coordinate product disposal actions, and prepare non-conformance reports.
  • Process Design and Improvement: Participate in process design and continuous improvement initiatives, including lean, 5S, and six sigma.
  • Product Development Support: Contribute to product development process for new product introductions and new service introductions, supporting quality-related deliverables.
  • Product Return Process: Manage product returns, handle customer communication, and participate in troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • BS in electronics engineering or mechatronics engineering
  • 1-2 years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing organization in quality/production functional areas
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
  • Familiarity with circuit board fabrication and assembly
  • Fluent English and Spanish skills
