Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Collector to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Cash Collector, you will be responsible for collecting cash from customers in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and efficient cash collection.
  • Collaborate with the billing teams to resolve any disputes or issues related to invoices.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to negotiate with customers and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Understand the entire cash collection process to effectively manage disputes and resolve customer issues.
  • Handle level 1 requests, including duplicates, account statements, and platform uploads.

Requirements

  • Fluent French language skills, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Previous experience in an international environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
