About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Collector to join our team in Barcelona. As a Cash Collector, you will be responsible for managing cash flows, resolving disputes, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with customers daily via phone calls or emails to resolve disputes and manage cash flows
  • Understand the OTC process to effectively manage disputes and improve cash flow
  • Collaborate with the Billing Teams to resolve invoice-related disputes and improve cash flow
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to negotiate with customers and improve cash flow
  • Liaise with the Cash Allocation Team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
  • Provide visibility to the Sales Team on collection status and progress
  • Participate in French and European projects to improve processes and reporting
  • Prepare litigation files for legal procedures and achieve monthly collection targets
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in French
  • Dynamic and organized approach with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of actions and work under pressure to achieve targets
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality and excellence
