About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Collector to join our team in Barcelona. As a Cash Collector, you will be responsible for collecting cash from customers and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact and follow up with customers daily via phone calls or emails to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Understand the OTC process to effectively manage disputes
  • Collaborate with the Billing Teams to resolve invoice-related disputes
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to negotiate with customers and resolve issues
  • Liaise with the Cash Allocation Team to ensure accurate payment matching
  • Provide visibility to the Sales Team on collection status
  • Participate in French and European projects, including reporting, training, and process improvement
  • Prepare litigation files for legal procedures
  • Achieve monthly collection targets for Bad Debt and Cash-in amounts
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in French
  • Dynamic and organized approach with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of actions, including outbound and inbound calls, payment negotiation, and disputes
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet company objectives and Cash Collection KPIs
