About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at SAWOO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members for our LEADERS IN CONSULTING Community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategies: Create and implement high-impact demand generation plans to drive growth and increase community engagement.
  2. Optimize Marketing Campaigns: Analyze and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach and other digital channels to reach our target audience.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO, and CTO to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.
  4. Generate Participants and Sponsors: Identify and engage with potential participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences in Munich and London.
  5. Travel and Event Participation: Attend community and company events to learn about and optimize our community events.
Requirements
  1. Availability and Flexibility: Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
  2. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns.
  3. Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches.
  4. Dependability and Ownership: Proven track record of executing tasks with minimal supervision and taking ownership of key metrics.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Expertise with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), creating landing pages, and crafting effective messaging.
  6. Team Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with in-house teams, supporting and leveraging their skills.
  7. Languages: English is a must, German is nice to have.
  8. Remote Work Proficiency: Previous remote work experience, with strong communication skills using tools like Slack.
  9. Travel: Willingness to travel multiple times a year to community and company events.
