About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Antrimon Group Ag. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches to maximize ROI.
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to create compelling content and messaging.
  • Generate participants and sponsors for our annual conferences and events.
  • Travel to events to learn about and optimize our community events.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through demand generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches.
  • Experience with CRM systems, landing page optimization, and ABM approaches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus).
