About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Commercialization Manager to join our Product Commercialization team in Madrid. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that product investment choices are aligned with maximum market impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a product-centric Total Addressable Market (TAM) perspective by segment, understanding market segments, competitor landscape, and incorporating input from key industry analysts.
  • Develop practical and operational market segmentation, build quantitative market models to support decision making, and derive product investment priorities based on market potential and company position.
  • Evaluate potential impact of different product investment strategies to support logo acquisition, expansion, and retention, and recommend areas of investment and priorities.
  • Build product-specific business cases and Go-to-Market plans, requiring broad cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of 7+ years of experience in business planning, consulting, or similar roles.
  • B2B software experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, facility with data analysis, and ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead complex multifunctional teams to achieve results, with a strong entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality.
