The ideal candidate will manage the career growth and development of sales teams, deliver revenue, and lead their team to retire their quota. They will develop sales plans and strategies for assigned territories and influence strategy aligned with customer business objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing large, complex accounts, including Enterprises, and working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal. The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing complex lead funnels to drive accelerated revenue and using data and trends to articulate business needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive technology-related sales, business development, or equivalent experience
Strong people management experience
Demonstrated record of people development
Experience in management of large, complex accounts, including Enterprises
Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree and Bachelor (or equivalent)
Experience managing complex lead funnels to drive accelerated revenue
Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
