We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Spain. As a key member of our Cloud Business Line, you will be responsible for delivering medium-sized to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
- Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, while being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
- Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- Design and configure SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client's key users.
- Ensure effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
- Experience in SF EC module 4+ years.
- At least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors Time tracking (time-sheets module).
- SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
- Good understanding of HR processes.
- High level of English language (at least B2-C1).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP latest technology.
