We are seeking a highly skilled Sap Successfactors Senior Ec Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Spain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sap Successfactors and experience in implementing Employee Central solutions.

As a Sap Successfactors Senior Ec Consultant, you will be responsible for working on medium-sized projects to complex and large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

You will also have the opportunity to participate and lead other international projects related to the area and other modules depending on your skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing innovative, robust, and future-proof Sap SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central.
  • Guiding clients on Sap best practice and innovations, whilst being up to date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies.
  • Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
  • Designing and configuring SuccessFactors system based on HR best practice to ensure successful implementations.
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions for client's key users.
  • Ensuring effective transfer of knowledge to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.

What do you have to offer?

  • Experience in Sap Successfactors EC module 4+ years.
  • At least ONE end-to-end implementation in a SuccessFactors EC.
  • SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR process.
  • High level of English language (at least B2-C1).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with Sap latest technology.
  • You like autonomy and taking initiative and you are self-managing.
  • You like working in a growth company where you constantly challenge processes and yourself in order to continuously improve.
