Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the development of engineering designs in various phases, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Engineering Management: Supervise technical feasibility of projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and project-specific conditions.
- Collaboration: Foster strong communication between local engineering teams and corporate areas to facilitate information exchange and implement best practices.
- Technical Support: Provide specialized technical support in tender processes, assist engineering teams, and ensure the best technical-economic conditions in awarding.
- Studies Coordination: Coordinate and validate key studies for integration into engineering projects, minimizing construction process risks.
- Provider Management: Establish relationships with main suppliers and providers to include efficient technical and economic options in engineering designs.
- Standardization: Ensure application of common standards in studies and projects, adapting to local regulations to maximize investment efficiency.
- Policy Compliance: Understand and apply policies to prevent occupational hazards, environmental, and quality issues.
- Representation: Represent the company in matters relating to its jurisdiction, enforcing its interests.
- Academic Level: Minimum Engineering Degree / Recommended Engineering Master Degree.
- Professional Experience: 5-8 years of experience in design, redaction, and revision of projects for wind farms, PDL.
- Specific Knowledge: Civil and/or Electrical Expertise, Normative and regulations, AutoCAD Map, AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM, InfraWorks, Wind turbine assembly strategy, Excel Intermediate.
- Language: German / English.
- Skills: Proactive, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Quantitative Reasoning, Teamwork, Plan, Organize and Prioritize.
