Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager for Software Vendors to join our Software Operations team at TD SYNNEX. This role will be responsible for managing procurement activities for software vendors and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders (create, modify, control, and follow up) according to SLA's and vendor specifics.
  • Understand, apply, and be aligned with vendor business licensing programs.
  • Monitor license confirmations and ensure deliveries on time.
  • Follow up on invoicing and resolve price discrepancies.
  • Manage internal customer and vendor account relationships.
  • Provide analysis of order quality per vendor and country on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with local teams and other departments to ensure process performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience with SAP and BW.
  • Strong purchasing management and controlling skills with ability to understand and resolve problems.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing environment.
