Job Title: Software Operations Purchasing Specialist Lead

Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Operations Purchasing Specialist Lead to join our team at TD Synnex. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities for software vendors and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase order management: Create, modify, control, and follow up on purchase orders according to SLA's and vendor specifics.
  • Vendor relationship management: Understand, apply, and be aligned with the vendor's business licensing programs.
  • Process monitoring: Monitor license confirmations and ensure deliveries on time.
  • Financial management: Follow up on invoicing and solve price discrepancies.
  • Internal customer and vendor account management: Manage daily regular management information to internal and external stakeholders as required, with responsibility for data integrity.
  • Key metrics management: Direct accountability for key metrics of specific vendor set.
  • Incident management: Identify, monitor, and solve incidents.
  • Order quality analysis: Provide analysis of order quality per vendor and country on a monthly basis.

Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Technical skills: Experience with SAP and BW. Experienced MS Office user (mainly MS Excel).
  • Soft skills: Strong communication skills and customer-oriented. Analytical, organized, with ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities and maintain focus. Ability to work under pressure. Proactive and self-motivated. Effective teamwork with internal customers and stakeholders in problem solving. Adaptation to a changing environment. Flexibility on working hours (Q-end, bank holidays etc.).
