Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Sales EMEA team. As Manager HRBP Southern Europe, you'll be responsible for translating business goals into effective HR strategies, partnering with senior sales teams to develop and implement progressive people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Partner with senior sales teams to drive organizational growth and effectiveness
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Support people leaders with the annual merit cycle and total rewards
  • Ensure high standards in payroll preparation and follow-up

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple locations
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, French is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
